Impromptu Friday

A friend recently said to me “You have to follow this blog…and this Instagram account – you will love them”

SO…

Last week on Friday, I started a ‘Follow Friday’ on my Instagram feed. I am going to share other blogs, Instagram accounts and people/books that inspire me and who I generally love what they are doing…and they are totally worth sharing with you!

I love receiving acknowledgment…I mean who doesn’t?!?!?! And I want to pay it forward.

Here are four people that are Paleo loving, Gluten Free creating and of course have mouth watering photographs.

Lindsay with Cotter Crunch

She is a Nutrition Specialist for gluten free eating…and her recipes are SO mouth watering. I have made these Sriracha Meatballs, 4 times since she posted them on her Instagram feed…and several of my Paleo personal chef clients have been enjoying them too! She is such an inspiration to me!

Elana’s Pantry

She is a New York Times Bestselling and writes on her blog Elana’s Pantry – all recipes are grain-free and Paleo! I have used several of your recipes as a guide for my gluten free creations. Love the base of her recipes and how you can make them your own 🙂 I’m craving those coconut bars right about NOW! Plus she lives in Boulder, Colorado – some Colorado love.

Rebecca with My Natural Family

I love how her recipes are approachable and enjoyed by the whole family – this is something that I am striving for in my cooking. As you may know, I love making Takeout Fake Out meals…and her Indian Chicken Korma is sooo good! Her Instagram feed is full of light and bright meals!

Katie with Wellness Mama

So I am simply obsessed with this woman and her cookbook. I picked up The Wellness Mama Cookbook at the library and instantly knew I would make everything in this book…and that I needed my own copy. I bought it the next day! Think Chicken Pot Pie Soup, BBQ Bacon-Apple Chicken and Chicken Diane – ALL PALEO!!! Plus her Instagram feed is full of fun and real quotes on life, motherhood, food, health and well-being! I’m hooked.

So there you have it. Just 4 of my favorite recent finds that give me inspiration to cook Paleo!

Lastly, I’m leaving on a jet plane later today! Off to Las Vegas for a quick trip to stay with my Mom who is there for a conference. Looking forward to enjoying a show, indulgent restaurants ans sleeping in a hotel…without kids 🙂

Hope you have a great weekend!
